Brian has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998 and licensed builder since 2016. However, Brian is a mechanical engineer and has been working around construction since 1995.
Waterstone Homes, LLC was founded in 2016 and has been serving East Alabama especially St. Clair County and Trussville since that time. Brian has a background mechanical engineering, real estate, and homebuilding with 25 years of experience including the fields of electrical, HVAC, construction, development, and more.
James has worked for Waterstone Homes since 2018 after building his own home using Waterstone Homes. James is a retired pastor and helps manage job sites serving owners and subs where needed.
Krista has worked with Brian at Lovejoy Realty and Waterstone Homes since 2018 handling contracts, insurance, marketing, and other administrative responsibilities.
